Capacity Engineering is providing comprehensive RB-19 reporting and building envelope consulting for three timber-framed condominium buildings within Mattamy Homes’ Locale development. This multi-disciplinary engagement supports Mattamy’s commitment to high-quality construction, risk mitigation, and long-term durability.


Our involvement includes detailed RB-19 documentation for Tarion, envelope design and detailing in collaboration with Kohn Partnership Architects, and a suite of field tests to verify real-world performance.
