Project Overview


Capacity Engineering Limited served as the Structural Consultant for the Prime Square New Midrise project, a five-storey residential tower built on the remnants of a previously abandoned mixed-use development. The existing foundations had been left exposed for more than fifteen years, creating significant structural challenges as well as opportunities for value-focused reuse.

Our role involved evaluating the condition and capacity of the abandoned foundation system, determining its compliance with modern code requirements, and developing innovative solutions that allowed the client to move forward with a safe and cost-effective structural design.
